  1. HEY ALL!
    A couple of things…

You can carve the hole, wherever you would like on the pumpkin- I like to keep the top intact. You also have a bigger surface to scoop the eyes out from.

Light and decorate it however you want, or don't. Paint? Do it up! Dry ice? Heck yeah! LED's? Candles? Porque no los dos, amigos?

There are a couple of ways to preserve a pumpkin- do it however you would like. Vaseline? sure! water? sure! Bleach? sure! although that will bleach the pumpkin white. You can also use vinegar- either keep spraying, or submerge it for a day and that will pickle the pumpkin. If you want to keep it for a couple of years, keep it submerged in a large enough tank with at least half filled with white distilled vinegar and the other half, water. You'll need something to weigh it down but it will preserve it.

Want to scoop the guts out first? Go ahead. Neither is wrong, but the pumpkin will dry out much faster while you're carving it especially if you do an intricate design. I also prefer to leave the pumpkin a little on the thicker side because I like the way it looks better and it will last longer.

This is just meant to give you some ideas, you don't have to follow this exactly. Be cool to each other, people. We're all going through something. Now please carve a pumpkin and lemme see what ya got!

    Happy Halloween!
    -Chris

  2. Yo Chris I know I asked you this before but I couldn't remember what you said, which is better in general chavant or monster clay(hard) and also which of the hard is harder of the two? Thanks bro

  3. I would love to see you sculpt the unmasked version of The Phantom from Andrew Loyd Webber’s musical production of The Phantom of The Opera, you would do it so damn well!!!

  4. it makes sense tho , to all the people who carve the top hole , putting a candle in is tricky bc I used to burn myself .but cutting the back makes it a lot easier to access. Great idea

  6. Carving a back door is a very smart idea compared to carving the lid Because it gives you more space to Empty out the guts
